US growth talent comes from vetted and interested leaders at proven US corporations. To qualify, US talent must come with at least 5 years experience in a related field and clear screening interviews before being presented to an Indian company. Screens involve transparent skill-testing that is designed to reduce poor performance.
We advise bringing on US talent for 6-month agreements at a fixed commission rate of total contract values, but ultimately the terms and conditions are between the two parties we match.
